1 (First Round) 200 points for each correct Series prediction (1,600 total points possible)

2 (Conference Semi-Finals Round) 400 points for each correct Series prediction (1,600 total points possible)

3 (Conference Finals Round) 800 points for each correct Series prediction (1,600 total points possible)

4 (Finals Round) 1,600 points for a correct Series prediction (1,600 total points possible)

Series Length Prediction 200 points for a correct Series Length prediction (3,000 total points possible)

A Perfect Bracket score is 9,400 points. In order to have a Perfect Bracket, you must select the winning NBA team of each Series and the number of games played in each Series correctly prior to the tipoff of the first game of the first round the 2023 NBA Playoffs (tentatively scheduled for April 20, 2023).

Prizes: (1) Grand Prize-Perfect Bracket Only: The Grand Prize will only be awarded in the event that an Entrant submits a Perfect Bracket prior to the tipoff of the first game of the first round the 2023 NBA Playoffs (tentatively scheduled for April 20, 2023). In order to have a Perfect Bracket, you must select the winning NBA team of each Series and the number of games played in each Series correctly in accordance to these Official Rules. If no Entrant submits a Perfect Bracket the Grand Prize will not be awarded. The Grand Prize is a one (1) lump sum payment of one million U.S. dollars ($ 1,000,000 USD) (if a Canadian winner $ 1,249,255.00 CAD) (the “Grand Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, if multiple eligible Entrants submit a Perfect Bracket, the tie-break procedure outlined above will be used to determine a single Perfect Bracket Grand Prize winner. A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded for the entire Game.

One (1) First Prize: Courtside tickets for two to one (1) regular season 2023-2024 NBA game designated by Sponsor (Maximum ARV of tickets =$ 10,000 USD/$12,492.65 CAD). ARV of the game tickets are as of the printing dates of these Official Rules and may vary based on the selected NBA market. Winner will be required to provide five (5) game choices across two (2) home markets. Courtside is defined as on the floor seating which could be 1st, 2nd or 3rd rows – which will vary by arena). NBA Game tickets are subject to availability as determined by the NBA. The difference in value as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Travel to and from game is not included in prize and is each winner’s sole responsibility. Location to be determined by the NBA. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by the NBA.

Four (4) Second Prizes: Two (2) tickets to Winner’s choice of a regular season 2023-2024 NBA game (Maximum ARV of each set of tickets =$ 400 USD/$499.71 CAD). ARV of the game tickets are as of the printing dates of these Official Rules and may vary based on the selected NBA market. NBA Game tickets are subject to availability as determined by the NBA. The difference in value as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Fifty (50) Third Prizes: Each Third Prize winner will receive one (1) $100USD Ticketmaster® gift card (“Gift Card”) (ARV=$100 USD/$136.86CAD).
