PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and, for Finalists, the quality of essays and vote-getting abilities.

Four (4) Grand Prizes: A one-hundred thousand dollar ($100,000) Lowe’s ® Gift Card Prize awarded in the form of twenty (20) five-thousand dollar ($5,000) Lowe’s ®  Gift Cards, intended for use in the Grand Prize Winner’s home makeover and twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) cash awarded in the form of a check to assist with tax expenses.  Home makeover to take place at the home depicted in winner’s entry and located at the property address as listed on the Grand Prize Winners’ Official Online Entry Form. Lowe’s® Gift Cards are subject to state and federal regulations and are redeemable for merchandise only unless prohibited by law and cannot be used to make payments on any charge/credit account.
