GRAND PRIZE: (One (1) winner) One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from among the two (2) First Prize winners during the NASCAR After The Lap event on December 3, 2015. Grand Prize winner will receive a 2016 Ford F150 truck. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $45,000. Within 6-8 weeks following the NASCAR After The Lap event, Grand Prize winner will be provided with information about how to order the
2016 Ford F150 truck.
Sponsor will determine all features of vehicle, including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Timing of delivery will depend on availability of the vehicle with the specifications ordered by winner. Sponsor and/or local dealer will contact winner via telephone when the vehicle is ready. Winner must have all required information and documentation, including but not limited to a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and must pay any registration fees, license fees, taxes, dealer preparation costs, destination and delivery charges,or other applicable costs not covered by the prize, at the time the winner picks up the vehicle.
The Grand Prize winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 in the amount of $47,240.00at the appropriate time, combining the value of the vehicle and the Las Vegas trip.
FIRST PRIZE (2 winners) Two (2) First Prize winners will each receive a 3-day/2- night trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the NASCAR After The Lap event in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 3, 2015. Trip to NASCAR After The Lap event includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV from major commercial airport of Sponsor’s sole choosing near winner’s residence; two (2) nights standard hotel (double occupancy) accommodations at the Palms Hotel & Casino
in Las Vegas, NV; roundtrip ground transportation to/from Las Vegas airport/hotel for
winner and guest; two (2) VIP tickets for winner and guest to attend the NASCAR After The Lap event scheduled to be held on the evening of Thursday,December 3, 2015; and $500 cash.Approximate retail value of First Prize is $2,240.00 each.
First Prize winners and guests must be available to travel 12/2/15-12/4/15 so as to attend the NASCAR After The Lap event scheduled for the evening of12/3/15 or First Prize will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation and an alternate winner may be selected, from among all remaining eligible entries received, time permitting.
One (1) Second Prize winner will receive a $500 gift card to the NASCAR SuperStore. One (1) Third Prize Winner will receive a $250 gift card to the NASCAR SuperStore. One (1) Fourth Prize Winner will receive a $100 gift card to the NASCAR SuperStore. No cash in lieu of prize.
Total value of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is $50,330.00.
