One (1) Grand Prize winner: Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip (“Trip”) for the winner and one (1) guest to attend the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight scheduled for November 15, 2024 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. (“Event”). Grand Prize winner and their guest must be available to travel November 13-16, 2024. If Grand Prize winner cannot do so for any reason, Grand Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind, and an alternate winner may be selected as per Section 6 (time permitting). The Trip includes: roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize winner’s legal residence (as selected by the Sponsor/Administrator) (“Airport of Origin”) to Dallas/Fort Worth airport (with possible layovers/flight may not be direct) (“Destination City Airport”); however, if Grand Prize winner resides within one-hundred fifty (150) miles of Arlington, TX (as determined by the Sponsor/Administrator in its sole discretion), air travel will not be provided and ground transportation may be provided instead (and, in such case, no alternate prize or compensation will be provided); ground transportation to/from Destination City Airport and hotel; three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the Event on November 15, 2024, and ground transportation to/from hotel and Event. Grand Prize winner will also receive $500 spending money to be awarded in the form of a check or Zelle** payment in the name of the Grand Prize winner (Sponsor/Administrator in its sole discretion to determine form in which spending money is awarded).
