Winner Determination/Prize/Approximate Retail Value (“ ARV”): On or about two (2) business days after the Sweepstakes Period has ended, Administrator, an independent judging agency, shall perform a random Prize Drawing from among all eligible Entries received (“Prize Drawing”), to select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winners”), one (1) potential First Place Winner in each of the six (6) eligible group areas (“First Place Winners”), and two-hundred (200) Second Place Winners (“Second Place Winners”). Once confirmed, as detailed below, Grand Prize Winners will get to choose one out of four Relaxation Getaway options valued at $10,000, which includes round-trip airline tickets for two (2), four (4) nights five (5) day hotel stay (one double standard occupancy room) and spending money for food and transportation. First Place Winners will receive a $225 Spa Gift Card, a $99 Boost Membership Gift Card, and a $225 Kroger Gift Card (ARV: $549). Second Place Winners will receive a $100 Kroger Gift Card (ARV: $100). The total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in the sweepstakes is thirty-three thousand and two hundred and ninety four dollars (ARV: $33,294).
