https://www.foodnetwork.com/sponsored/sweepstakes/hgtv-dream-home-sweepstakesOne (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following (the “Grand Prize”): (i) one (1) home located in Bluffton, South Carolina (the “HGTV® Dream Home 2025”) that is featured on the Websites (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, merchandise, and a 5-year supply of Viva® paper towels valued at $719.64 (the “Contents”)) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2,124,917.90); (ii) a credit in the amount of Fifty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Five Dollars ($59,235) valid only for Grand Prize Winner’s choice of a Mercedes-Benz® brand vehicle (the “Vehicle Prize”) (ARV: $59,235); and (iii) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) presented in the form of a check. Actual value of HGTV® Dream Home 2025 depends on market fluctuations. ARV of total Grand Prize: $2,284,152.90.

In lieu of taking title to the HGTV® Dream Home 2025 (and the Contents of the HGTV® Dream Home 2025), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $750,000 in cash (the “Cash Option”). If the Grand Prize Winner cannot take possession of the HGTV® Dream Home 2025 due to a force majeure event, failure of construction, or any other reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Cash Option. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $909,235 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu of the HGTV® Dream Home 2025.
