Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded in the Contest. Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to New York, N.Y. on or about May 3, 2025 to on or about May 8, 2025 for a minimum of three (3) days/two (2) nights to a maximum of five (5) days/four (4) nights (actual duration of the trip depends on the makeover schedule, makeover video segment production schedule and other producer exigencies). The trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (actual airport determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to New York, N.Y. (actual airport in the New York vicinity to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); a minimum of three (3) days/two (2) nights to a maximum of five (5) days/four (4) nights hotel accommodations (standard room/double occupancy); ground transportation to/from the airport and the hotel in New York; one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) cash award to cover travel expenses that will be awarded to the winner only in the form of a check made out to the winner’s name; one (1) haircut/hair styling session “Makeover Experience” awarded to the winner only and will be scheduled on a day during the trip (in Sponsor’s sole discretion); VIP admission for the winner and his/her guest to the Show during his/her visit(s) (“Show Admission”), subject to scheduling around the Makeover Experience (actual Show taping or broadcast subject to production schedule in Sponsor’s sole discretion); a three thousand dollar ($3,000) cash award to off-set tax liability awarded to the winner only in the form of a check made out to the winner’s name; and winner will receive one (1) AirLight Pro hair dryer (collectively “Prize”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $10,475.
