Prize: Prize (1 total): Winner and one (1) guest will receive a “Weekend Golf Trip” to Jacksonville, Florida. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home); double-occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) consecutive nights, two (2) rounds of golf (including one [1] round of golf at TPC Sawgrass located in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida) and one (1) $1,500.00 gift card that can be used for food, beverages and caddie fees. Travel expected to occur during 2023. Exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to availability and change. Accommodations are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to availability and change. Winner and one (1) guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Winner and one (1) guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including a valid driver’s license) at the time of travel. Sponsor is not liable for any missed events, opportunities, or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility.
