Prizes: There are one hundred and twenty-five (125) Prizes available to be awarded. Each
Sweepstakes shall have its own separate prize pool, as detailed below. Each prize is comprised
of one (1) Jim Beam Hat, one (1) Jim Beam T-shirt, one (1) box of Cracker Jacks, one (1) Jim
Beam Rain Poncho, one (1) pair of Jim Beam Sunglasses, one (1) Jim Beam Phone Fan, and one (1) Jim Beam Foam Finger (“Prize”). All federal, state, and local taxes and all other expenses
not expressly listed in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner(s). Prize
is nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by Prize winner(s). No more
than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the
Prize for one of equal or greater value. Prize type(s) and components will be selected by Sponsor
or its representatives in its/their sole discretion. All non-stated features of the Prize(s) are
determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to availability, including without limitation
style, color, and size. Actual retail value of the Prize(s) may vary, including variations based on
