On April 6, 2025, an independent judging organization will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received.One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the verified winner (“Winner”) of the Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize will consist of one (1) private screening of the Marvel Studios movie “Thunderbolts*” (the “Grand Prize Screening”) for Winner and up to one hundred (100) guests (each, a “Guest”; collectively, “Guests”). The Grand Prize Screening will take place at a movie theater in or near the Winner’s hometown (the “Screening Theater”), as selected and determined by Sponsor or its designee in their sole discretion. It is anticipated that the Grand Prize Screening will take place on or about May 1, 2025, but the actual date and time of the Grand Prize Screening will be determined by Sponsor or its designee in their sole discretion, and is subject to change as deemed necessary by Sponsor or its designee. Total number of Guests allowed may be lower than 100 if the Screening Theater’s capacity (or any other applicable regulation, guideline, or recommendation) only supports a lower maximum number of Guests. No accommodations, transportation, or parking will be provided for the Winner or any Guest. If the Winner accepts the Grand Prize but fewer than one hundred (100) Guests attend for any reason, the Grand Prize will still be deemed to have been delivered in full, and no additional compensation will be awarded. The maximum approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand nine hundred and ninety nine dollars ($4,999)
