Nine (9) Grand Prize winners: Each Grand Prize winner will each receive a 3-day/2-night trip (the “Trip”) for the winner and up to two (2) guests to Santa Monica, CA from November 1-3, 2024 to attend the Event on November 2, 2024. Grand Prize winners and their guest(s) must be available to travel November 1-3, 2024. If a Grand Prize Winner cannot do so for any reason, Grand Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind, and an alternate winner may be selected as per Section 6 (time permitting). The Trip includes: roundtrip coach air transportation for up to three (3) from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize winner’s legal residence (as selected by the Sponsor/Administrator) (“Airport of Origin”) to Los Angeles- area airport (with possible layovers/flight may not be direct) (“Destination City Airport”); however, if Grand Prize winner resides within one-hundred fifty (150) miles of Santa Monica, CA (as determined by the Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), air travel will not be provided and ground transportation may be provided instead (and, in such case, no alternate prize or compensation will be provided); ground transportation to/from Destination City Airport and hotel; two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, triple occupancy), up to three (3) tickets to the Event on 11/2/24, and ground transportation to/from hotel and Event. Grand Prize winner will also receive $600 spending money to be awarded in the form of a check or Zelle** payment in the name of the Grand Prize winner. (Sponsor/Administrator in its sole discretion to determine form in which spending money is awarded). TAX GROSS-UP PAYMENT: Sponsor/Administrator will also arrange for the winner to receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of the Grand Prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”). The Tax Gross Up -Payment will be $1,900.00. The Grand Prize winner’s actual tax liabilities related to the Grand Prize could exceed the Tax Gross-Up Payment. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of Grand Prize. Sponsor/Administrator will not provide any assistance toward the winner’s tax obligations notwithstanding provision of Tax Gross-Up Payment. ARV of each Grand Prize: $6,850.00.
