Twelve (12) total prizes will be awarded. Each prize will consist of a toy prize package of the “hottest” toys valued at least two hundred dollars ($200).

Grand Prize Award (maximum 2 winners): Each eligible entrant designated as a grand prize winner shall be awarded a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for the winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) to Houston, TX with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) not to exceed $2,800 and shall include:
Two (2) tickets for the winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) to a Sponsor-designated Usher concert;
Coach class airfare round-trip airfare for the winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) departing from the Sponsor-designated nearest major metro airport to the winner’s residence as provided during registration to Houston, TX (HOU or IAH airport, as designated by Sponsor);
Two (2)-nights in a Sponsor-designated standard double-occupancy hotel in Houston, TX;
One (1) $200 gift card from the Sponsor-designated gift card provider.
