A single (1) prize will be available to be won and awarded in this Sweepstakes (the “Prize”), as described below.

THE PRIZE. The “Prize,” the awarding of which will be subject to the terms and conditions of these Rules, will consist of cash in the amount of seventy-five thousand dollars in U.S. currency (US$75,000) to be used to make a Qualifying Purchase (defined below) of a home that the Winner (as defined below) would purchase, own and occupy as their primary residence.

The fair market value (“FMV”) of the Prize is US$75,000.
