PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner using the selection process described
below and satisfaction of the eligibility requirements set forth above, consisting of:
• One (1) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Nashville, TN (the “Destination”)
from the major commercial airport in the continental United States nearest to Winner’s
primary residence as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to
substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 50 miles of the
Destination;
• One (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights in Nashville, TN (one double occupancy room
and room tax only), checking in August 31, 2024 and checking out September 2, 2024; and
• Two (2) premium tickets to see Cage The Elephant at Ascend Amphitheater scheduled for
September 1, 2024 in Nashville, TN (the “Event”);
• Two (2) meet and great passes to meet with Cage The Elephant at the Event (subject to
artist availability); and
