In the body of the email, please state your name, email address and date of birth. Incomplete entries will not be valid.
One (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”): Winner will receive one year’s worth of groceries in the form of a DoorDash eGift Card in the amount of $18,200 and one year’s worth of gas in the form of a check in the amount of $7,280 in the Winner’s name. Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $25,480.00.
