DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE: There is one prize (the “Prize”) available: The Prize consists of two (2)
tickets to the following events taking place at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA for the
2025 calendar year (January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025): (i) two (2) tickets to each Philadelphia
Flyers preseason, regular season and playoff (if any) home game; (ii) two (2) tickets to each
Philadelphia 76ers preseason, regular season and playoff (if any) home game; (iii) two (2) tickets
to each Villanova men’s basketball game; (iv) two (2) tickets to a minimum of twenty (20)
concerts; (v) two (2) tickets to one (1) performance of each of the following family shows: Disney
On Ice, Harlem Globetrotters, and World Wrestling Entertainment; and (vi) one (1) parking pass
for those events listed above at the Wells Fargo Center when parking is not complimentary.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is estimated at $25,000.00
