Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive one (1) mini truck with the exterior wrapped in a custom Drumstick branded wrap. Mini truck will be a 25+ year old used vehicle awarded as-is, with an automatic transmission and right-hand drive. Mini trucks may not be driven on interstate highways and are not street legal on all state or local roadways. In some areas/states mini trucks may only be used on private property. Winner is solely responsible for checking with their state and local laws for restrictions on mini truck use in their area. Winner is also solely responsible for obtaining vehicle registration, insurance, and any other documentation required to lawfully operate prize in winner’s state of residence (as applicable). Winner understands that hazards exist while operating a motor vehicle. If personal injury, death, or damage occurs as a result of such hazards, winner expressly assumes all associated risk. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $9,500.
In lieu of the Grand Prize, winner may opt to accept one (1) $10,000 check in their name (“Cash Alternative”). If winner selects the Cash Alternative, their decision is final and binding, and the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
