Grand Prize: (4 winners) An 8-day trip for winner and one guest to Italy. Prize includes cooking lessons at Olive Garden’s Culinary Institute of Tuscany as well as visits to Rome and Florence. Trip consists of round-trip, coach class air transportation from international airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to Italy, all guided tours, all ground transportation and 2 meals per day; 8 days/7 nights standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy). Trip must be taken on date(s) specified. No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfer of prize permitted except at sole discretion of the Sponsor; in which the Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to offer a different trip or prize of equal value. All taxes and any other expenses not specified above including ground transportation to and from the winner’s home/airport are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner and guest must have appropriate and valid travel documents to travel on date(s) specified. Travel companion of Grand Prize winner must be 21 years of age or older, unless he/she is an immediate family member, and will be required to sign a Travel/Liability release and a Publicity Release, where legal, prior to issuance of travel documents. Grand Prize trip will need to be taken 03/15/2009 – 03/21/2009, or on such other dates specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event a winner cannot take the trip during the specified timeframe, prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected time permitting. Sponsor, SoftCoin and Airline will not be responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of flight cancellation or flight delay.
