TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES (one (1) for Leagues Cup Prize Pool and one (1) for Copa America Prize Pool): Each grand prize consists of two (2) match tickets (for winner and one (1) adult guest age 21+) to either the Leagues Cup Finals Match or the Copa America Finals Match (the specific match will be determined based on the winner’s selected Prize Pool during registration), roundtrip, economy class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest prize winner’s home within the U.S. to the major airport nearest match location, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and ground transport to and from hotel/airport (each a “Grand Prize”). Selection of airline and hotel, and any seat and/or room assignments are at the discretion of Sponsor/Administrator, airline and/or hotel personnel. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within two hundred (200) miles from match location. Winner will be required to provide a credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in prize package. Winner and guest must travel on dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the dates specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner and guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. government issued passport, or a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID, as applicable) required for travel. Winner and guest must comply with all airline, CDC regulations, and local government laws, rules and requirements, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, proof of vaccination status, proof of negative Covid-19 test administered by an approved facility, and possible quarantine. Sponsor/Administrator shall not be liable for additional costs or expenses due to any quarantine requirements, including the cost of changing any travel or hotel arrangements, which shall be the sole responsibility of winner. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. Sponsor/Administrator is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize, including scheduled game dates, or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Sponsor. Resale of tickets is prohibited. Match tickets are subject to standard terms and conditions as indicated on the ticket and venue protocols. There will be two (2) Grand Prizes (one (1) for Leagues Cup Prize Pool and one (1) for Copa America Prize Pool) available during the Promotion Period.
Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person.
The ARV of each Grand Prize is $2,500.
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) FIRST PRIZES (fifty (50) per Prize Pool): Each first prize is a special edition jersey (each a “First Prize”). Sponsor/Administrator will make best efforts to award the winner’s selected size. All additional details including final size decision, style, and specific jersey will be determined by Sponsor/Administrator in its sole discretion. The ARV of each First Prize is $40. There will be one hundred fifty (150) First Prizes, fifty (50) per Prize Pool, available during the Promotion Period.

THIRTY-TWO (32) SECOND PRIZES (for Prize Pool 1 only): Each second prize is two (2) tickets (for winner and one (1) adult guests age 21+) to a Leagues Cup Match (each a “Second Prize”). The specific match, seat location, and any other details will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel and accommodations are not included in this prize. The ARV of each Second Prize is $550.
Limit of one (1) Second Prize per person.
ONE HUNDRED FOURTEEN (114) REGIONAL PRIZES: Each regional prize includes two (2) tickets (for winner and one (1) adult guest age 21+) to a Leagues Cup, Copa America, or Mexican National Team match (“Regional Prize”). The specific league depends on the Prize Pool selected during the registration process. The specific match, seat location, and any other ticket details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel and accommodations are not included in this prize. The ARV of each Regional Prize is between $300 – $590. Actual value may vary based on league, match, and location. There will be a total of one hundred fourteen (114) Regional Prizes available as set forth in the charts in Section 5.

ONE THOUSAND (1,000) INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES: Each Instant Win Game Prize is either one (1) bandana or one (1) string bag (“Instant Win Game Prize”). Specific item will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. There will be one thousand (1,000) Instant Win Game Prizes available during the Promotion Period. The ARV of each Instant Win Game Prize is $4.
