Twenty-five (25) prizes (each a “Prize”) are available to be awarded during the Sweepstakes. Each Prize will consist of (a) one thousand dollars ($1,000 USD) for Sweeepstakes Winner and (b) one thousand dollars ($1,000 USD) for Sweeepstakes Winner’s designated Friend, to be provided and delivered as an e-giftcard.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $2,000 USD. The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded during the Sweepstakes is $50,000 USD.
