Three (3) prize packages (collectively the “National Prizes”) will be awarded in this Sweepstakes

1. Grand Prize Winner. The first Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Grand Prize Winner” and awarded (a) $50,000 presented in the form of a check and (b) the Design Consultation (together the “Grand Prize Package”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize Package is $50,000.

2. Second Place Winner. The second Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Second Place Winner” and awarded (a) $25,000 presented in the form of a check and (b) the Design Consultation. The ARV of this prize is $25,000.

3. Third Place Winner. The third Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Third Place Winner” and awarded (a) $25,000 presented in the form of a check and (b) the Design Consultation. The ARV of this prize is $25,000.
