On or about two (2) business days after the Sweepstakes Period has ended, Administrator, an independent judging agency, shall perform a random Prize Drawing from among all eligible Entries received (“Prize Drawing”), to select three (3) potential Grand Prize Winners (“Grand Prize Winner”) and ten (10) First Prize Winners (“First Prize Winner”) .
