GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Prize will be awarded. Prize winner will receive a Kawasaki® Side-by-Side Vehicle
having an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of up to $20,899 (color, options and accessories to be determined
at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) (“Prize Vehicle”) and a VIP Race Weekend Experience for two (2) to the
2025 Pennzoil 400 race weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (“Prize Trip”) (collectively, the “Prize”)
consisting of:
• Air travel for winner and one (1) guest, round-trip, coach, to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2025
• One (1) double-occupancy hotel room accommodations for three (3) nights for winner and one (1) guest
in Las Vegas, Nevada
• Two (2) Black Jack Club weekend tickets, for winner and one (1) guest, to attend the 2025 Pennzoil 400
