ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The “Grand Prize” is the opportunity for winner and one (1) guest (21+)
to attend the Andrea Bocelli concert at the Napa Valley Charles Krug Winery on winner’s choice
of either concert date of Saturday, 6/21/25 or Sunday, 6/22/25, tickets for seats in the Mondavi
section, select food and beverages during the concert, and two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations
on the dates surrounding the selected concert at a hotel in downtown Napa, determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion (single standard room, double occupancy). Approximate Retail Value
(“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,400. No transportation is included as part of the Grand Prize. All
transportation and other expenses not mentioned above are the sole responsibility of the winner.
TWELVE (12) FIRST PRIZES (Two [2] per Entry Period): Each “First Prize” is a vest or jacket,
selected in Sponsor’s discretion based on winner’s preferred size. All sizes, styles, and details
determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. ARV of each First Prize: at least $145 and maximum
of $235, depending on size and style.
Total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes: up to $7,220.
