According to the manager in the Steve and Barry’s I went to they only accept the magazine cover. The manager showed me the guidelines of the giveaway as outlined by the company.
Anyway, this goes against what is advertised on Seventeen’s website.
So the total cost of this was $3.09 for the magazine.
For the record, the rules they have in the magazine about the free ring don’t mention the website either.
