Two weeks ago when i bought a box of tea at the store it was closed (sealed) when i opened it there were only 14 tea bags i was like ehh whatever but when i made one it tasted rancid. so i made another one and the same thing. i went through half the box and it was all the same! i kept the box and complained. they asked me for the lot number and the expiration date. they said they would look into it and they were very sorry. .
