-before you react, I initially ordered two of these (one per household, I ordered for someone else too) but I did not receive the email confirmation for the “0” total order so I decided to buy something cheap with the free coffeemate order and I finally got a confirmation for the 2nd orders. I tried to cancel the previous orders but there was no way to cancel the orders online. I tried calling and waited about 30 mins but still no available CS so I gave up. At first I thought that they are going to cancel the orders but surprisingly I think everyone got their free coffeemate orders. So nice of Staples to do that. 🙂
